These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all users ("user" or "member") of the kkfd3 platform and its services. By creating an account or using the services of kkfd3, you are deemed to have agreed to all of these Terms.

kkfd3 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms. It is therefore your responsibility to review this page regularly.

Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

kkfd3 services are available only to individuals aged 21 or older. No one under the age of 21 may create an account, deposit funds, or place bets. kkfd3 may request proof of identity for age verification at any time. Providing false information about age will result in account closure and the relevant deposits and winnings may be forfeited.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each individual may operate only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, kkfd3 reserves the right to close them without notice. In such cases, all deposits, bonuses, and winnings across those accounts may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing incorrect or false information is prohibited. If your details change, you must update your account immediately or notify the support team. kkfd3 may request necessary documents at any time for identity verification purposes.

2.4 Account Security

Keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You may not allow any third party to use your account. Any unauthorized use of your account or security breach must be reported to kkfd3 immediately. The user is solely responsible for any loss resulting from failure to secure their account.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently available on kkfd3:

Use only payment methods registered in your own name. Transactions from third-party accounts are not accepted and may result in account suspension.

3.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is also ৳500. Transactions below this amount will not be processed.

3.3 Withdrawal Time

Approved withdrawals are generally sent within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, bank transfers may take somewhat longer. Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification or security checks are required.

3.4 Withdrawal Conditions

• Bonus wagering requirements must be met before making a withdrawal.
• It is preferable that the deposit method and withdrawal method are the same.
• kkfd3 may request proof of identity and transaction documents when necessary.
• kkfd3 reserves the right to temporarily suspend a withdrawal if fraud or irregularity is suspected.

Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at kkfd3 will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200; or depositing ৳26,000 or more earns the maximum ৳15,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳41,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing bonus funds, you must place bets equal to 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount). Example: receiving a ৳1,200 bonus means you must wager ৳12,000 before withdrawing that amount.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• The welcome bonus can be received only once per account.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time after claiming the bonus, the bonus may be cancelled.
• kkfd3 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
• Misuse or manipulation of bonuses may result in account closure.
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts or third-party information is prohibited.

VIP Program and Rewards

The kkfd3 VIP program has five tiers. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Higher tiers can be reached through regular and active play. The detailed conditions for cashback and VIP benefits are determined at the discretion of the kkfd3 management team. VIP program terms may change and kkfd3 reserves the right to revise benefits without prior notice.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Terms

All bets placed on kkfd3 are considered final according to the platform's system. If a game or bet is left incomplete due to a technical issue, kkfd3 will take appropriate action. Exploiting software errors or bugs is prohibited; any winnings associated with such incidents may be voided.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on kkfd3:

• Placing manipulated bets with the intent to abuse bonuses
• Using automated software or bots
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or errors
• Colluding with other users when placing bets
• Attempting money laundering or financial irregularities

If such conduct is detected, the account will be permanently closed and the associated balance may be forfeited.

6.3 Sports Betting

kkfd3 offers betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Bet outcomes are determined based on information from official or recognized sources. In disputed cases, the decision of kkfd3 is final.

Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 kkfd3's Rights

kkfd3 may temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of the Terms
• Providing false or misleading information
• Suspicion of fraud or irregularity
• Operating multiple accounts
• Failure to meet the age requirement
• Extended period of inactivity

7.2 User Request

You may also request account closure at any time by contacting the support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed; however, bonuses may be cancelled if wagering requirements have not been met.

Privacy and Data Protection
